I also suggested making 30 meter high prints on the Sanomatalo glass walls with the texts exceptionally only visible from on the inside of the building. Unfortunately this time we run out of time (and budget).

Employee Engagement Survey. ANSWER!
So, this campaign was somewhat unconventional, but it was a great success. In only a few hours I was able to reach our top managers, persuade them to do the photos and get the posters out. People loved these and started making their own versions. And the results? In some of the units where we have had a hard time reaching the employees, the percentage of people answering the survey rose from 65 to 95.
